The word entrega, in Portuguese, roughly translates to mean “delivery,” or a literal act of “surrender or dedication”—while pura translates to mean “pure, clean.”

A holistic wellness & aquatic practitioner and educator, EntregaPura Wellness is a longtime passion project finally come true!

Founded by Kimberlie Cerdá in 2025, she has opened her office (& sanctuary) doors, with the loving help of her daughter Kealani, in the pulsing heart of Northern Arizona to serve Cottonwood, Sedona, and the greater Yavapai County community.

Meet Kimberlie.

With a diverse personal & professional background in wellness, holistic health & nutrition, athletics, and international education, Kimberlie has been studying and practicing colon hydrotherapy and aquatics since 1990. She brings to the table over three decades of experience in customized health and wellness practices, and is overjoyed to bring her services to the Northern Arizona community!

Kimberlie is passionate about assisting people on their journeys to optimal health, wellbeing, and vitality. She is deeply inspired by the use of colon hydrotherapy as a mainstream health modality, and it’s ability to heal (and upgrade!) the overall human immune system.

Her innate energy, passionate enthusiasm, and unwavering dedication to her profession and practice of colon hydrotherapy positively radiate into each client experience and helps uplift their personal health goals.

From an early age, Kimberlie was immersed in a world where health and wellness were a way of life. Growing up playing competitive sports and surrounded by the principles of holistic health through her family’s business, she developed a deep passion for understanding the human body and its natural ability to heal. Long before wellness trends became mainstream, she was juicing her own fresh cucumber and wheatgrass and embodying the philosophy of healing from the inside out!

With a lifelong commitment to holistic wellness, she’s dedicated to helping others find balance, vitality, and lasting health through mindful nutrition and lifestyle practices.

Kimberlie is also a competitive swimmer (indoor & open water), mom to her brilliant daughter Kealani (a director and actor, living & working in NYC), and a native Northern Californian — Bay Area to be exact! She had her first colonic from Dr. Bernard Jensen’s practice in San Diego, in 1990.
